Basic planning is purposely flexible and loose, so that you can choose which activities to do on which day. Sometimes you feel like visiting an art museum and sometimes you'd rather spend the afternoon people-watching in a cafe. We'll give you the information you need to make a choice (like that art museum will be closed on your only remaining day) so that you pace yourself, and don't miss anything you'll regret.

For people who prefer a concrete plan, are short on time, or are trying to squeeze in many destinations on the same trip, detailed itineraries provide a structured agenda. A guided trip without the tour bus.

Detailed itineraries include a calendar with activities selected for each day, along with a comprehensive description of where you're going, meal and snack suggestions nearby, and transportation recommendations.

In addition to making thoroughly researched recommendations and plans, we can also handle bookings when possible. Hotels, flights, some ground transportation, ticketed events and car rentals can normally be booked over the phone or through email, depending on destination. We'll provide all documentation necessary for confirmations. We are not able to provide booking for services that must be scheduled in-country or on the day-of.
